To Our Chamber Members: Thank you for your support of the Chamber's programs. We will continue to serve you and this community.

In addition to the benefits already offered, we've added our website this year, which will include a business directory. We are also working on better ways to promote our members. We now offer our members the use of our bulk mailing permit. Stop in or call the office for further information on these new benefits and/or already existing member benefits.

Our Chilly Golf Outing in June and our Art Auction in late fall -- think Christmas -- along with our Annual Membership Meeting in early December, are all networking (and fun) opportunities for Chamber members, and you are encouraged to attend and meet your fellow members.

Free advertising opportunities include your business featured in the monthly Chamber Page in the Star Beacon and the Conneaut Courier, your brochures inserted in our newsletter when you provide us with the required number of copies, and your business cards and brochures displayed in our office. They are also included in our re-location and visitor packets. We will also publish your business news in our newsletter, the Chamber Communicator.

Other Chamber programs for the year include the downtown Summer Flag Program, "Student of the Month" recognition, Community grants, Citizen of the Year, and our Chamber Champions program (now in its 6th year), paying tribute to businesses and organizations which contribute generously to our community.

Our most recent addition of events is our Conneaut Appreciation Days. This event, held in August, gives our members the opportunity to provide information on products and Services that are available to the local community. Additionally, the activities afford employers, employees, and family members the opportunity to show pride in their community.

Each of our insurance company members also offer group insurance policies specially geared to Chamber members, including workers compensation group rating and health insurance.

And always, the Chamber office is a source of information about our area for tourists, residents, and businesses, and is dedicated to promoting Ohio's Sharpest Corner.
